Acts 7:26
King James Version
6 Jun 2026
“And the next day he shewed himself unto them as they strove, and would have set them at one again, saying, Sirs, ye are brethren; why do ye wrong one to another?”
εἰρήνη
The Greek eirene carries the Hebrew shalom — wholeness, completeness, nothing missing, nothing broken. Jesus says in Me you have eirene — not in the absence of trouble, but in the middle of it. The peace He gives is not the peace of circumstances. It is the peace of His presence.
