“Take heed to thyself that thou forsake not the Levite as long as thou livest upon the earth.”
עָזַב
To leave, to forsake, to abandon. Azab. I have not forsaken you. God will never abandon those who belong to Him. His commitment is unconditional.

To keep, to guard, to observe. Shamar. The LORD will keep you from all harm. He watches over your coming and going both now and forevermore.
