“And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.”

Whenever, when, as soon as. Ask and it will be given to you seek and you will find knock and the door will be opened whenever you knock. The invitation is always current.

Again, once more, anew. Palin. Rejoice in the Lord always. And again I say rejoice. Some commands are worth repeating. Joy is always appropriate for those who know God.

Firstborn. Prototokos. The firstborn over all creation. Jesus is not part of creation. He is its Lord. Firstborn means supreme heir with all the rights of the Father.

The inhabited world, the whole earth. Oikoumenē. The gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole inhabited world as a testimony to all nations. No corner of creation falls outside God's claim. Reach it all.
