“(For they could not endure that which was commanded, And if so much as a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned, or thrust through with a dart:”

To bring, to carry, to bear. Phero. Holy men of God spoke as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. The Spirit carries the messenger so the message arrives with divine accuracy.
