“But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.”
שֵׁם
Name, character, reputation. Shem. Not just a label but the full character of a person. The name of the LORD is a strong tower. Run to it.

you be afraid

To fear, to revere, to be in awe of. Yare. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom. Not terror but holy awe of who He truly is.
