“As a fountain casteth out her waters, so she casteth out her wickedness: violence and spoil is heard in her; before me continually is grief and wounds.”
חֳלִי
Sickness, disease, grief. Choliy. He has borne our griefs. Jesus did not just sympathize with our suffering. He took it upon Himself so we could be free.

To hear, to listen, to obey. Shema. Hear O Israel. In Hebrew to truly hear means to obey. God is looking for those who hear with the intention to do.
