“That all the people of the earth might know the hand of the Lord, that it is mighty: that ye might fear the Lord your God for ever. ”
יָרֵא
To fear, to revere, to be in awe of. Yare. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom. Not terror but holy awe of who He truly is.
