“Then come unto him the Sadducees, which say there is no resurrection; and they asked him, saying,”

Sadducee, religious elite, skeptic. Saddoukaîos. The Sadducees denied resurrection, angels, and the spirit, clinging to power over truth. Do not let comfort with the present age make you a skeptic of God's promised future.
