“He hath dispersed, he hath given to the poor; his righteousness endureth for ever; his horn shall be exalted with honour.”

To scatter, to spread abroad. Zarah. One who scatters freely yet gains more. God's economy is opposite to the world's. Generosity produces increase not decrease.
