“And again, Esaias saith, There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles; in him shall the Gentiles trust.”

Root, source, origin. Rhiza. The love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Roots determine fruit. What is rooted in love for money will bear evil fruit. Change the root.
