“But Peter stood at the door without. Then went out that other disciple, which was known unto the high priest, and spake unto her that kept the door, and brought in Peter.”

Rock, stone, the apostle Peter. Pétros. Jesus renamed Simon "Rock" at their first meeting, declaring what he would become. God renames to reshape. Let him rename you too.

To stand, to set, to place. Histemi. Having done all stand. Stand therefore. When you have done everything else there is still this. Stand in what Christ has already accomplished.
