“And they brought him unto him: and when he saw him, straightway the spirit tare him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming.”

To bring, to carry, to bear. Phero. Holy men of God spoke as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. The Spirit carries the messenger so the message arrives with divine accuracy.
