“And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.”
λεπρός
Leprous, a leper. Lepros. The leper was untouchable by law, yet Jesus reached out and touched him. No condition places a person beyond the reach of Christ.

To cleanse, to purify. Katharizo. The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin. All means all. There is no sin too dark too repeated or too shameful for His blood to cleanse.
